Stories of healing.

Real words from real people. Verified Google reviews, unedited and unfiltered.

"After the first session itself my pelvic floor felt relaxed and I became more aware of it. My bowel movements have improved significantly and I'm not going to pee with as much frequency as before. The bladder diary helped me realise certain habits — like drinking a lot of water all at once was contributing to frequency. Now it's more effortless to relax my pelvic floor."

"I can keep adding stars — five are just two less. Professional as well as empathetic, exactly what one needs when expecting or postpartum. Sessions almost 4 months in pregnancy and 5 months postpartum. There are days when you give up on yourself, but she never gives up on you. I had a twin pregnancy which was already high risk — but thanks to her, everything went smooth. Highly recommended."

What does online pelvic floor therapy actually look like?

A short reel walking you through exactly how a virtual session works, what we assess, how I guide you, and why it is just as effective from home.

You might be wondering…

No question is too small or too awkward. This is a safe space.

Yes and it works really well. Online sessions allow for thorough assessment through conversation, observation of posture and breathing, and guided exercises. Many of my clients see significant results through virtual sessions alone.
Most people feel this way before their first session and almost no one feels that way after. I lead with warmth, never judgment. We move at whatever pace feels right for you.
The discovery call is a no cost initial call, a short pressure-free chat to talk about what you are experiencing and whether my sessions are the right fit for you. No forms, no commitment, just a warm first conversation.
No referral needed. You can book directly. If we identify anything needing additional medical input I will guide you on next steps.
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes depending on your case. Initial assessments tend to be longer; follow ups are typically shorter. For most people, meaningful pelvic floor change happens over 2 to 3 months of consistent sessions and home practice. After your first assessment I will give you a realistic, honest picture of what to expect.
No. Pelvic health concerns affect people of all genders. While much of my focus is on women's health, I also support men and others with bladder urgency, pelvic pain, and urological concerns.
I am fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi. You are welcome to speak in whichever language feels most comfortable for you. Sessions are fully bilingual if needed.
Absolutely yes. C-section recovery is one of the most underserved areas in postnatal care. The scar, the deep core muscles, the pelvic floor — all are affected and all can be rehabilitated. Many women do not realise that physiotherapy is just as important after a C-section as after a vaginal birth. We work on scar tissue mobility, core reconnection, and restoring pelvic floor function at a pace that feels right for your body.
Yes, always. If something feels off in your body — leaking, pain, heaviness, discomfort during sex, back pain that never goes away, difficulty emptying your bladder or bowels — it is worth a conversation. The discovery call is exactly for this. We talk through what you are experiencing and I will honestly tell you whether pelvic physiotherapy can help, and what next steps look like.

Let's stay connected.
